Talk to Us
The simplest way to reach the team is by email:
editor@jubileeacres.net
Every message is read by one of the writers. We are a small group, so a reply may take a few days, but notes that point out a mistake are looked at first.
The notes that land in our inbox
- A question about an article. Tell us which page you were reading and which part was unclear. If it is a common question, it may shape a future update.
- A correction. If a step, a detail or a link looks wrong or out of date, please say so. The Updates and Corrections page explains what happens next.
- An idea for a guide. Practical questions about money, small business, home tech or cars are exactly what we like to work on.
- Anything about privacy. Requests about your personal data are handled as set out in Your Privacy.
What we cannot help with
We are writers, not advisers. We cannot recommend a specific loan, mortgage, investment or insurance product for you, review your personal finances, or diagnose a fault on your car from a description. For those, an independent adviser, an accountant or a garage that can see the details will serve you far better.
Please do not send bank details, card numbers, passwords, identity documents or account statements. We will never ask for them, and nothing on this site requires them.
Tips for a quick answer
- Include the title or the link of the article you are writing about.
- Quote the sentence or step in question, if there is one.
- Keep it short; a few lines is plenty.
Who reads what
Messages are passed to whoever wrote the piece in question. Money and property notes go to Maudrey, car and travel questions to Thibaud, streaming and home tech to Iolanthe, and business or marketing topics to Corisande. If your note spans several subjects, it simply gets read twice.
Before you write
Your question may already be answered in one of our sections. Before You Start Reading lists every topic we cover, and recent guides such as how to calculate your net worth and how to check tire pressure cover some of the questions we hear most. To learn more about the people answering your email, see About Jubilee Acres Finance.
Drafting your message
A few lines are enough
Name the article, quote the sentence that puzzled you and add a word on why. That is all we need to pass your message to the right writer.
Leave out account numbers, statements and passwords. Nobody on the team will ask for them, and we cannot act on any account for you.
