Usage Terms
Last updated: October 2026
By reading or using Jubilee Acres Finance you agree to the terms below. We have kept them brief and free of legal padding where we could. If anything is unclear, ask us through the Talk to Us page.
1. General information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information written for a wide audience. It does not take account of your personal circumstances, your country's rules or your financial position.
- Money, credit, loans and property: our articles are not financial, investment, tax, legal or mortgage advice. Before borrowing, investing, signing a contract or making a large purchase, speak to an independent adviser who can look at your situation.
- Cars and practical tasks: follow your vehicle handbook and the manufacturer's instructions, which take priority over any general guide. If you are unsure, stop and ask a qualified professional or a roadside assistance service.
- Technology and services: features, prices and availability change. Check the provider's current terms and make sure any service you use is legal where you live.
Decisions you make based on our content are your own.
2. Accuracy
We work to keep articles correct and up to date, and we fix errors when we find them, as described on Updates and Corrections. We cannot promise that every page is complete, current or free of mistakes at all times.
3. Mentions and links
Articles sometimes name or link to companies, products and services. A mention or a link does not mean we endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for that business. External websites are run by others, and their content, terms and privacy practices are their own.
4. Using our content
The text and design of this site belong to Jubilee Acres Finance unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to:
- read, print or save articles for your own use;
- quote a short passage with a link back to the original page;
- share links to any article.
Please do not republish whole articles, copy large parts of the site or present our work as your own without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, overload it with automated requests or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Limits of responsibility
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, its content or from the temporary unavailability of any page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
7. Privacy
How we treat personal information is described in Your Privacy, and how the cookie banner works is covered in Cookies on This Site, Explained.
8. Changes
These terms can be revised whenever the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
